Mums & Bubs Yoga
Mums and Bubs yoga is the perfect way to meet other new mums while enjoying stretching and strengthening your body and singing and movement with your little one. Places are limited to ensure attention and intimacy within the group.
Have you got Cabin Fever? No support at home? Your old friends don’t really understand your needs or the support you need now? Do you long to be around people who “Get-it”? Crying babies (and mums) are welcome. Join a beautiful community of new mums who understand just what you are going through.
Taught by Dani in 10 week blocks, Mums & Bubs yoga will support you physically, mentally and emotionally for the journey into motherhood. Regardless of birth, feeding and parenting choices, you will be supported unconditionally.
This Postnatal Yoga program will provide you with techniques to support you through recovery after birth with a positive mindset. You will explore breathing techniques, mindfulness practices and safe movement based on your individual needs.
This community approach to mums & bubs yoga is what keeps our students coming back, term after term and pregnancy after pregnancy. Both fun and educational. Join us now, all ages and experience welcome, however, best to have Dr’s clearance to begin exercise.
All equipment provided so you can just show up with your bub, and their nappy bag ready to join our welcome community. A cup of postnatal tea and a healthy home-made snack included.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: When purchasing an online yoga pass, we kindly ask you to fill out an online yoga registration form. This form must be filled in order to attend the classes.
