CANCELLATIONS

Please choose carefully. All registrations in all Dani Mondahl group and private yoga, massage training programs, workshops, events and retreats are non-refundable. If you do not attend a Program component in which you are enrolled a refund or credit is not available and you will need to purchase the Program again if you wish to attend a future similar event. *Refund only available if program is cancelled by facilitator.

A. The parties acknowledge that COVID-19 travel or border restrictions or Acts of God may impede the facilitator’s travel to the course location or require the facilitator to return to the Sunshine Coast following the commencement of the course with little or no notice.

B. If restrictions are in place prior to the scheduled travel date the parties agree the Facilitator may elect to offer the course electronically or reschedule the course to a mutually agreed upon date. If a mutually agreed upon date is not achievable with reasonable effort and good faith by all parties, then Course Fees only may be refunded at Facilitator’s discretion.

C. If restrictions are imposed or are likely to be imposed after the commencement of the Facilitator’s travel or commencement of the course the course will be delayed or rescheduled to allow for the facilitator’s return travel to the Sunshine Coast and continue electronically. A refund of Course Fees will not be available.

D. Thai Massage Mat Sets are non-refundable as they are custom made to order.
